1.   All healing sessions, workshops, training, and classes must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
  2.    Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
  3.    A paid session can be rescheduled to another date, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. A session can be rescheduled a maximum of two times within a 12-month period.
  4.    If the client fails to show up for the session or does not notify us of the need to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full payment will be retained. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for understanding and punctuality so we can best accommodate your needs.
  5.    In the case of technical issues on the client’s side during an online session, please ensure your internet connection and equipment are functioning properly beforehand. If there are technical difficulties, the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
  6.    The client acknowledges having read and agreed to the above payment terms when booking the session.
